Receive a new Yoga video session to your email inbox each week for
6 weeks.

If you love how you feel during and after the session, repeat it as often as you like over the week.
These sessions will benefit any participant who is motivated to find balance, centering, peace and calm from stress and anxiety.

Each 25-minute session finishes with a short guided meditation.
This allows you to spend time finding ways to find centering, peace, and calm from the feelings of stress and anxiety.
Longer meditations have also been created in an audio file for you to try.
Develop your own Yoga program for home use. Download each of the resources to your computer or phone in an easy to find file.
Over the following months, find the best place and time for Yoga at your home.
Each 20-25 min can go towards your weekly exercise goal!

In another systematic review of Yoga therapies, 4 of the 7 studies examined at home practice for 8 weeks to 12 months. Yoga was seen to be safe and feasible for people with breast cancer related lymphoedema (2021) and improvements in musculo-skeletal movement measures could be achieved.

I am a mother of three grown children and two Havanese dogs, a "grammy" to four beautiful grandsons and a cancer survivor. I have developed a deep interest in feeding our souls with purpose and passion.
I volunteer and am a long-time supporter for Soul Ryeders; a local, non-profit, volunteer- driven charitable organization committed to empowering those who are affected by all types of cancer.
